Were IPC’s Document Management Solutions well received by HR professionals at CIPD 2008?

IPC attracted a record number of visitors to their stand at the Annual CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) conference and exhibition in Harrogate. The event is attended by HR and Training professionals as well as Recruitment Specialists and Health & Safety Officers. There was a great deal of interest in the features of IPC’s Document Management System, mstore, in particular the document retention tool which facilitates, through automation, compliance with the Data Protection Act.

There were also many enquiries about the implementation of a Workflow system to control and automate Shared Services Centres. As pressure increases to reach targets set by Service Level Agreements, the ability to monitor, analyse and report on activity and response times is becoming critical. IPC have much experience in this field and can supply systems to suit any business processes.
