IPC Group continues to score highly with its customers!

The IPC Group has recently conducted its annual customer survey and once again the results show that the exceptionally high standard of customer service and product quality is being maintained.

When asked for their rating of IPC’s performance for the last twelve months, the client responses were as follows:

Fails to meet requirements 0%
Meets expectations 3%
Better than expected 65%
Outstanding 32%

The overall totals show that 97% of IPC’s customers think that they are better than expected or outstanding.

Marketing Manager, Pam Roberts, said that ‘As delighted as we are with the results of the customer survey, we cannot afford to rest on our laurels. We must continue to work hard to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our clients and that the quality of our products and service solutions exceeds expectations.’
