The IPC Group now has space available at its secure off site records storage facility. Paper based documents and information are vitally important for any organisation. Managing and protecting these valuable assets is critical and can be done at low cost.

IPC operates a humidity controlled and alarmed document storage warehouse where boxes of paperwork are stored for clients who do not have sufficient space at their own premises. The labelled boxes are palletised and shrink wrapped and details entered on to a database.

IPC offers various levels of retrieval and delivery from 24 to 48 hours both for complete boxes and individual files within a box.

Boxes can also be marked for confidential destruction on a specified date which IPC can also manage and organise.
