ISO 9001 audit endorses IPC's outstanding customer service
The quality management systems of The IPC Group have recently been assessed and once again approved in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2008.
The results of the annual customer survey show that IPC continues to provide excellent customer service and supply products and services of the highest quality.
Graham Light, the Director of the IPC Group said ‘All my staff contribute to the continuation of our recognition for meeting the highest levels of quality in the work we do. Again, we have passed the strict audit without any adverse comments at all.
