I’m not sure how many photographs I have, can I still order?

Of course you can. If you are unable to count the photographs you wish to send to us, just make a reasonable estimate. We will advise on the total number after we have scanned them.

What is the best way to get my material to you?

You can either send it by courier, post or deliver it to us in person. If posting, we recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day service. Please note that we are not open on a Saturday so do not post your package on a Friday.

Will you scan photographs which are in frames?

We will scan framed photographs but please do not send us the frames. Remove the photographs from the frames and just send us the photographs.

What format will my scanned images be in?

We will provide you with a CD, DVD or Memory Stick of high quality JPEG images.

What happens if I am not happy with some of the images?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of our work, please advise us within 7 days of receiving your scanned images and we will discuss the problem with you and agree a course of action. If we agree to re scan anything, this will be done free of charge.
